Shipping policy

We currently use Royal Mail tracked services only. 

Subject to stock, all orders placed before 1:30pm Monday - Thursday and 11.30am Friday are despatched the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Any orders placed after this time will be despatched the next business day. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at help@upvctouchuppenstore.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look into this for you.
